Silverset Counselling Service (SCS) provides professional, confidential, and compassionate therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and groups. Based in Southeast London, we offer both in-person and online sessions for clients seeking emotional stability, relational clarity, personal growth, and psychological wellbeing.

Silverset Counselling Approach
Silverset provides a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel truly heard and supported as they explore their experiences, heal from the past, and build emotional resilience. We use a Humanistic Integrative approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities including CBT, Psychodynamic, TA, Person-Centred, Gestalt, SFBT, and Existential therapy. This allows us to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients can choose between:
- weekly one-to-one counselling
- couples counselling
- supervision for trainee and qualified therapists
- coaching and mentoring
- eco-therapy (park-based sessions by arrangement)
