We are a community interest company offering bespoke fabrication services and specialist training for individuals facing barriers to employment. We are passionate about metalwork, welding, and sustainable fabrication, using hands-on projects to teach practical skills while creating stunning, one-of-a-kind items.
Forge and Equip Training
Our training covers MMA, MIG, and TIG welding, along with woodwork and industrial painting. We run inclusive programs for all ages, including hobby welding courses, woodwork classes for children, and sessions designed to support vulnerable adults. Our flagship Route to Employment course equips learners with the confidence and skills needed to move into work.
