What you include in your business profile will depend on the package that you choose. Our FREE basic plan is just that, very basic, while our PAID professional plans go further to increase your exposure.
So, before you get started in adding your business details to our directory, gather the important information below:
- Business Name*: clearly state your business name.
- Business Description*: use this to help search engines find you but also, as your shop window to entice people to connect, so be specific about what you are offering.
- Address*: provide your business address whether it is physical or virtual but if it is the latter, choose the ‘By appointment only’ in the additional information to help potential customers know when you’re available for face-to-face meetings.
- Phone Number*: make it easy for potential customers to quickly reach you by providing your phone number.
- Website Address*: include your web address as it is important for your SEO.
- Business Hours: amend the default business hours to suit your business’ operating days and times.
- List of Specific Business Categories* and Features: choose the categories that relate to your business and add your key Features (products or services) e.g., an electrician could include electrical fault finding, lighting design, emergency lighting, electric gate wiring, house rewiring, electrical testing and inspection, and much more as appropriate. (Features are not available on the FREE Plan.)
- Social Media Accounts: allow potential customers to connect with you via other methods by including your social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Images: showcase your products or services, staff, or yourself with images and video, and maintain your brand building with your logo.
